  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the total order parcel, calculated during checkout.

Delivery Timelines:

• All our organic products are carefully sourced and packaged to maintain their freshness and quality. It takes us 3-5 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic orders.
• For international orders, the processing time is 7-10 working days, excluding any customs clearance delays.

Please note that during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest or public curfews, there might be an additional 5-7 day delay in order dispatch. In such cases, our team will inform you promptly via email or phone call.

Customs and Duties:

• For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and need to be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s tax policies before placing an international order, as we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders once they are placed.

Receiving Your Order:

• Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully. In the event of a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we kindly request you to record a video and take images of the package and its contents. Please do not accept the order in such cases. Email the images and videos along with your order number to support@hitechorganicfoods.com. We will use this information to resolve the issue promptly and coordinate with the shipping agency.

• We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including major debit and credit cards, net banking, recognized eWallets, and UPI. Additionally, we provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for domestic orders.
